About Emelda Mwamanga
Emelda Mwamanga is serial entrepreneur, TV talk show host, and activist. She is a CEO and Managing Director of the East Africa Bang Media House which publishes a bi-monthly premier lifestyle magazine in Tanzania.
Emelda has a HR background and runs a consulting firm called Relim Company Ltd, dealing with outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management and career training. Emelda has hosted many TV show talks including “Gumzo”. Through her flagship project, Dare to Dream, she organizes annual women conferences such as the Vital Voices mentorship walks every 8th March, and Women of Influence conference and seminars in May.
She attained her first degree from the University of Cape Town where she specialized in Industrial, Organization and Labor studies. She worked with Coca-Cola Kwanza in her early career before moving on to start Bang Magazine, the first lifestyle Magazine in East Africa.
